WP-12 is a classic TIG torch with standard functionality. The handle is simple, black, with notches for easy grip. The overall simplicity of the design makes it easy to replace the welding head or button. Connection to a welding source: by current - through a bayonet 35-50 mm2, by gas - through a separate hose with a union nut M16x1.5, coolant is also supplied with a separate hose. Welding head as standard. WP-12 is a professional high power liquid-cooled torch suitable for TIG welding machines with a nominal welding current of 350 - 500 A. Liquid cooling allows the torch to operate at 100% duty cycle, i.e. without interruption but for operation you need a liquid cooling unit (the so-called cooler) without which the burner will not work. It is recommended to use a 20-35% solution of industrial alcohol in distilled water as a coolant. The welding process is controlled by a button on the torch. For work, tungsten electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 - 6.4 mm are required.
